Our Rates

Our clients deserve excellent service in exchange for the fees that we charge. Simply put, we strive to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction in the executive search industry by offering our clients a choice of contingency or retained search.No matter which option is selected, we stand 100% behind the service we provide.

Contingency Search

A contingency search fee is paid to our firm when you hire a candidate we have submitted. Only upon the hire will you be obligated for payment of our fees.

You will never be charged an initial engagement fee in a contingency search. Our fee is based upon the overall compensation package negotiated between us for a candidate we submit to you.

Retained Search

A retained search fee requires you pay us a pre-negotiated amount upon acceptance of the search. Furthermore, you will be obligated to pay us additional amounts as the search progresses. Finally, you will pay the remaining amount upon completion of the search. In a retained search, there is no guarantee that we will be able to recruit an acceptable candidate for your position.

Also, we expect our clients to compensate us for telephone, travel, lodging and entertainment expenses conducted on their behalf. A detailed expense report is provided on a monthly basis.

The motivation of retaining us to conduct your search is to receive service dedicated to recruiting candidates exclusively for your company. Retained search services should be reserved for your more critical hires.You will be provided detailed background information on each individual we recruit on your behalf.

Fees for retained search assignments are based upon a percentage of the overall estimated annual compensation for the position in question.
